Shipping Policy

1. We ship orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sundays or holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day. Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product within 7- 10 days of shipping.

2. Some exceptions:

• In case you've ordered more than 5 pieces of the same product OR if the item ordered is marked under pre-order or in production, it may take longer to process your order.

• During busy periods such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order.

• For items not in stock, it could take 2-6 weeks for the item to be dispatched.​
